Twitter will show Photos and Videos in Stream

Twitter embedding setting called "Tweet Media" to some users users and it seems like the company will soon embed videos and photos in the stream.

Tweet Media, was accessed by Mashable and others have been able to access under Twitter’s account settings as reported by other online websites.

It's userss choice if they want to show photos and videos from everyone.
